Hello Everyone. Shopping  just was not in the cards today. Kathy and I may not shop this weekend. We have enough to last us through most of next week. We will have to buy some milk and veggies at some point, but I am just not up to doing much right now.

I need to listen to my body and just let it relax and lay off the two pots of coffee which is actually a pot before 11am and then nursing the second pot all day and at some point mixing the grounds and what is left in the pot together and feeding it to our garden.

Though we did not shop for groceries, please share how your shopping trip went this week. Even if you are just starting out, that is OK,

Sure, we could have bought the grapes at Publix, but they are 88¢/lb
at Winn-Dixie this week and no, the store was not out of our way.

Below is our very narrow, yet deep (2 cereal boxes wide deep) and well stocked pantry. We also have two refrigerator/freezer upright units that are equally well stocked. Because of our stockpiling, the only grocery shopping that we are planning to do this weekend is visiting our local Farmer’s Market for fruits and veggies.
