Here is what you will see in the email alerting you to a new survey. I have edited the email solely to keep the wording generic by exchanging the real info for dashes.

Should you qualify for and complete all study requirements your account will be credited $–.00 within — to — days once the total quota has been met for this study. If for some reason you are disqualified for the study, you will be entered into a drawing conducted once every month for cash prizes totaling $500.00.”
