Swagbucks Code on twitter, expires 12:30 PST
From the Swagbucks Twitter Feed:
“Happy Monday! Enter the Swag Code, (found at twitter.com/Swagbucks) on Swagbucks before 12:30PM PST for 5 Swag Bucks! Go! Go! Go!”
For those that have no idea what swagbucks is, it is a search engine that pays you to use it. No, NOT EVERYTIME you search, but you will be surprised how often you will gain “SwagBucks” just for typing a few characters into their search bar.
Here is the painless method to join:
1. Go here and register.
2. They give you 30 points just for registering.
Starting last week, in honor of their 2nd Birthday, the swagbuck point system has been multiplied by 10. Of course, the redemption value to get stuff that you want has gone up also. Swagbucks wants to be able to do varying point values, which I guess under the former points system was not as easy is it is now.
Just so you know, the 60 points mentioned above is only for new members, and ends on March 4 at 9am Eastern.

I do have to admit that the new look to the site (swagbucks.com) is nice on the eyes.
Here is the old SwagBuck compared to the new and shinier one introduced today:

Both Kathy and I have enjoyed searching via SwagBucks, and like telling people about the company.

More Publix Goodness, $5/$30 Coupon.

Here is what greeted me in the mailbox today. After scanning it, I opened it and on the last page is a coupon for $5.00 off your purchase of $30.00 or more. Expires March 3, 2010.
These types of coupons alone are reason enough for Kathy and I to subscribe to every publication and program that Publix offers. If you are expecting a child or know someone who is, you really need to sign up for their baby/preschool clubs. Our daughter is 7 and she is still receiving coupons and freebies that are age appropriate, though not advertised for children her age. Our son is 4 and he receives his own batch of age appropriate coupons.
Have you entered to win the $25 Publix GC that we are giving away?
If not, please read my post about it.

Pop Tarts Sprinkles Program. FREE STUFF!!

As I was going though the day of tweets via TweetDeck, one from TheThriftyDivas really caught my eye. FREE Pop Tarts. After I arrived at their site and looked for the FREE Pop Tarts info.
Found the post, and started kick myself because Pop Tarts have been part of my life since the 1970′s or just a tad earlier, but I was too young then to remember.
Here is the run down of what the program offers (from TheThriftyDivas.com):
Samples of their newest flavor Pop Tarts (I got 2 different packages at 2 different times) and the package included high dollar coupons. The samples were 2 Pop Tarts each time. It was a great way to test the product before buying! Of course my kids loved the flavors!
1/2 birthday celebration kits for her kids. Pop Tarts celebrated my kids 1/2 birthday by sending me more samples of Pop Tarts plus a cute card, banner and more high dollar coupons. My kids loved this. I got 2 packages because their birthdays are 1 month apart.
I have already signed up for the program.
If you would like to also, just click either of the images or here to register.

Thanks: TheThriftyDivas.com
