I have no idea what products the coupons are for, but ConAgra does have a large stable of products to pick from, but based on this link to the WalMart site (there is a link to the form there or here) and the following product icons can bee seen, Healthy Choice, Hunt’s, Ro-Tel, Peter Pan, Egg Beaters, Fleischmann’s, Orville Redenbacher, Kid Cuisine, PAM

The form you have to fill out asks for the basic info, name, address, email, but also your bday, preferred place for grocery shopping, and a couple other questions.

As I was tossing out expired coupons at 11pm tonight, yep, thats how I roll at 11pm on a Friday night, I spotted those two words that bring happiness to my life FREE SAMPLE. If you go to walmart.com/pampers and fill out a short form asking for your name, address, etc, you will receive a FREE SAMPLE of Extra Protection diapers by Pampers. Just did it and now sharing it with you. BTW, the ad was in the 10/25 RP.
