The coupon, which is a manufacturer’s coupon with a Walgreen’s logo on it, is for $1.00 OFF ANY Tylenol product and will expire on 10/31/10.

Right now, Bayer AM is $2.00 OFF. The package of pencils are on sale for 9¢.

There is one major sticking point in order for you to duplicate this deal. The sale price comes off of the shelf listed price. If you want to as little as possible, the shelf price cannot be for more than $6.99, which will adjust down to $4.99. The pencils are a filler item because you have more coupons then items. With the pencils you now have the same.

If you decide to do this deal, if you want to purchase lesser amounts of Bayer AM the most it will cost you is 10¢, which when you think about it is not bad for a 50ct bottle of Bayer AM. BTW, Why would this product be called Bayer AM, well, it does have 65mg of caffeine, which on the active ingredients per capsule is an “Alertness Aid”

Right now Wags has a slew of different ones on sale for $1.50 each. Price on the Special sign MIGHT state 2/$3.00, but they are ringing up at $1.50, even if you only purchase one.

If you were lucky enough to find the elusive Smart Savings Booklet at your local Publix Supermarket, there is a $1.50/1 Command Product, any coupon that expires on 8/31/10.

By combining the Wags deal and the Manufacturer’s Coupon, all you will have to pay is the Sales Tax.

For those that look at the Smart Savings Booklet and go, “But Mark, it says Redeem at Publix”, you are correct, but it does not say Redeem ONLY at Publix. Big difference.

Between the 2 stores, we averaged 81% for the week.

For the month of March, Ultra Purex products, Purex Completes 3-in-1 Sheets, or the 32 load (50oz)  Purex Ultra Concentrate, are B1G1 at Walgreens. But wait, there’s more, if you have the B1G1 from RP 2/21, you can walk out of the store after paying JUST the sales tax.

This is one of those deals that you need to be prepared to seeing a cashier scratch their head, chuckle, call/consult with the manager, etc. So, just letting you know, YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary). Plus, because they have to manually enter the price of the product, which is $5.99 B1G1, do not worry when after they try to scan the coupon the machine beeps, that is just a prompt for them to key in the price.

For some reason the pharmacy registers will not print the RRs. After this happens, some one from store management will come over and explain that the products are not RR eligible. After listening to the employee, I convince them to try to ring up the sale at a different register. When they do, the RRs print out and everyone is happy. BTW, I was purchasing the meters at the pharmacy because there wasn’t any stock on the store shelf, but the pharmacy had more on their’s.
