New Tearpads at Publix on 8/28/10.
I found all of these tearpads on Saturday 8/28/10 at various SW Orlando Publix stores. Well, all of them except for the Ball Park Combo one, I found that on the day before.

For my referencing, SW Orlando is any store South of Hwy 50 and West of I-4. If I find something in a different area, I will give that general area.
Here is how I roll most of the time. I visit at least one Publix a day, just to see what MIGHT be out there. After pouring my cup of complimentary coffee (I think the Windermere store has the best tasting of all of them, but I also think that they spike it with a few drops of vanilla extract) I will spend about 10/15 minutes going up and down the aisles. EVERY SINGLE AISLE. Though I walk at a brisk pace, and my eyes are scanning for blinky machines on the shelves and tearpads/booklets on the end caps, I do offer assistance to a person who seems to need a helping hand.
I ALWAYS say at least hi to any employee I see along my walks and sometimes will chat with the managers or dept heads. This covers about 20/25 or so stores within this area (guessing, and too tired to go look at the store locator at publix.com) and I am on first name basis with almost all of the store managers. I have seen them grow through the ranks at Publix and l like helping them out whenever I can. One way I do is to discretely point out expired tearpads, booklets, etc. I will also point out other items as they arise. ALWAYS politely, discretely, and professionally.
Maybe once a week or so I will do a trip to the Clermont, Groveland, and Four Corner stores. This also goes for the Kissimmee/Celebration and Champions Gate stores.
Though it is not SW Orlando at this point, if I am in the area, I will go to the Maitland, Howell Branch Road, and Baldwin Park stores. That circuit takes about 30 mins of driving between the 3 stores, and takes about 2 to 2-1/2 hours round trip from my driveway to back home.
Hope that explains the meaning of SW Orlando Publix a tad bit better. Wish I could say exactly which one, but Publix has gotten upset about that in the past.
