Another suggestion for a comment is how you you nourish your inner Goddess? Though I am not a woman, I admit that I like to have a hot bath every now and then. With lots of bubbles, and a couple of vanilla scented candles. The one “nourishing” activity that I really miss is taking long walks under the light of a full moon in the middle of just snowed winter’s night. The air was quiet, with horses in the pasture making the only noise besides the muted crunching of snow underneath my boots.
