When I used to travel as a sports photographer, I preferred to stay at a Hilton Family property, usually paying with points from CCs or the HiltonHonors program. I really appreciate Hilton’s customer service, and have taken both the property’s staff and customer service to task when things are not as they should be, or were offered. This is across the entire brand of hotels.
